Prices and VAT (Value Added Tax)

All prices on our website are based on Swedish kronor (SEK), purchases made in another currency are calculated based on the current daily rate at the time of purchase. All prices include Swedish VAT at 25%. VAT is not paid on purchases to be delivered to Norway, Iceland, Åland, Switzerland and other countries that are not connected to the European Union (EU), where VAT is paid in the host country. In these cases, Swedish VAT is removed automatically when you chose a none EU country. 

When we dispatch the order, we enclose all documentation and the buyer pays domestic VAT (+ possible admin fee) at the receiving location.

Payment Options

When ordering to Sweden, you can choose from all our payment options. Which is Credit Card Payment, Direct Payment, Invoice and Installments. Payment with Klarna is also possible to Norway. You have to be a Swedish or Norwegian citizen to pay with invoice or installments through Klarna and we can then only deliver to your registered address. To all other countries you can only pay by credit card.

To Sweden and Norway all payment options are administered by Klarna AB, where we use Klarna Checkout.

Except from Installments through Klarna all payment options are free.

Payment by Credit Card

Payment by credit card is possible from all countries and is administrated by Klarna AB. The cards they accept are VISA, MasterCard and American Express. We use Klarna Checkout, meaning that you first place your order and then choose whitch payment option you want. If you don't choose another payment option, invoice is the default option. We will charge the full amount immediately when you place your order.

Direct Payment

Direct payment is only possible for swedish customers and you must be an Internet customer with either Handelsbanken, Nordea, SEB or Swedbank. It works in the same way as a credit card payment and the money is charged immediately. It is administrated by Klarna AB.

Payment by Invoice

Payment by invoice is only possible for Sweden and Norway! There is no extra fee when choosing to pay by invoice. All our invoices are administered by Klarna AB, the payment terms are 14 days from when we send your order. The invoice is sent by email. Any delay in payment will result in a reminder fee and intrest. Go to www.klarna.com for more information.

By choosing this payment method, you agree to Klarna AB sending you information and marketing on their range of payment services.

Payment by Installments

Payment by installments is only possible for Sweden and Norway! As with our invoices, payment by installments are also administered by Klarna AB.

You have to be a Swedish or Norwegian citizen to pay with Klarna and we can then only deliver to your registered address.

If you wish to split your payment there are two options, one account option and one with a fixed mothly cost.

For the account option you pay a sum of your choice every month or 1/24 of the total amount, but at least 50 SEK per month. It also means that you only pay one administration fee. 

E.g. at a purchase of 10000 SEK the the setup fee is 0 SEK. The annual interest rate is then 19.90% and corresponds to an effective rate of 29.22%. The credit purchase price is 11458 SEK. There are then 12 installments and each installment is 955 SEK. The example assumes that payment is made during one year. 

If you choose to pay with a fixed monthly cost, you can choose between 3, 6, 12 or 24 months, the amount is then calculated based on the chosen payment period. If you choose to part-pay, you get all your purchases on a monthly invoice and pay only one fee. You can at anytime switch to the account option by paying a lower or higher amount than the amount stated on the invoice.

Retention of title

All goods remain the property of Klockia until fully paid.

Other

Klockia reserves the right to change or correct prices and cancel sales if the product were to be sold-out. Unless such is clearly incorrect, this may compel Klockia to cancel the purchase and repay any amount paid in the best way. This can occur at any time during the purchase when an error is detected. The reason for the error shall be clearly explained to the customer at the time of the cancellation.
