Return / Exchange

You have the right to return your purchase for 60 days at Klockia.se, although it is important that the product is essentially unchanged condition when you make a return/exchange. We cannot accept returns/exchanges due to broken or scratched products. So, make sure to be careful when you try on the products. Note that the box/casing is considered a part of the product and must be returned in an essentially unchanged condition as well. If the box/casing is damaged upon return we will charge a fee of 300 SEK.

If you have removed any plastic protection, please try to reuse the plastic with which the item was shipped in, to repack the item in a similar way for return. Certain products’ boxes are not equipped with a soft surface on the inside and, for example, if you don’t place a watch around its’ cushion and then place it back in the box can result in the watch links rubbing together and causing scratches on the watch during transport back to us.

Return shipping fees must be paid for by the customer, we recommend that you ship the package in an insured and traceable manner. We recommend using one of PostNord’s alternatives. Until we receive the package, it is the customer whom is completely responsible for the package in the case of loss or damage. Make sure to choose a shipping method where the package will be shipped the entire way to our office. We cannot receive packages that we must pick up from a postal service. If you are unsure, ask the shipping carrier how delivery is done before you ship your return. We have a local collaboration with PostNord whom deliver all our packages, even registered mail. Klockia will not pay any fees to accept a package, make sure you pay all necessary fees to send the products back to us, including any necessary custom fees.

NOTE: On gift certificates, we do not offer the right to return. If you have ordered a gift certificate you cannot then cancel or return the order. The same goes for spare parts/bracelets on these products this information will be noted in the product notes on the website. For connected products which have a sealed packaging, we cannot accept them as returns since they are factory sealed. In the case that you want a special change made to the product, for example, an engraving, you cannot return those products.

When you
send your return, pack together the product and any additional accessories that were received in the original packaging. Please also fill in our return form and send that with your return, you can find the link to this page under our address below. Please add also the receipt or the invoice copy to the delivery It is possible to fill in the return form digitally when you follow the link and then print it out afterwards.

Exchanges

If you want to exchange a product that you have purchased, place a new order via our website for the product you wish to have instead. Then you may simply make a return on the first product, see under returns/exchanges.

Cancelling your order

If you have changed your mind for some reason and wish to cancel your order, for example, if the delivery time was delayed for too long, you may contact us either via telephone or email. The order is not considered cancelled until you have received confirmation from us via telephone or email. If your order has already been sent, it is no longer possible to cancel the order and you, as a customer, are responsible to take the necessary action moving forward.

Refund

If you have chosen invoice or instalment payments via Klarna and not yet paid, the invoice will be removed. However, if you have already paid the invoice, you will receive an email from Klarna with a form that you must fill in, where you may choose to which account you would like the money refunded. It can take between 1-8 business days for the money to return to your account. If you have paid with card, the money will be returned to the same account from which the payment was made and you will receive an email from Klarna that will inform you when your money has been refunded. This can also take between 1-8 business days to return to your account. If there are any problems like, for example, the card you used is no longer active, we will then send you a from to fill out just as in the invoice payment method.

If you chose to pay with a card via DIBS the refund will be returned to the card that was used. Normally this takes between 1-8 business days. If you have placed an order from abroad with an international card, it may take up to 3 weeks before the money is refunded.
