The warranty covers any manufacturing defects that may occur on the watch / product you buy from us. It does not cover any external damage the watch / product is subjected to.
For some of the brands that we sell an international warranty is included, where it is the manufacturer that stands for the warranty and you can then hand over your watch at all authorized dealers. In these cases normally a warranty card / book is included as proof of this, which must also be presented.
NOTE! The warranty does not apply for the following reasons:
1. Damage caused by improper care, negligence, misuse or other damage that are not due to material or manufacturing errors.
2. Damage caused by interference from other than our own service facility.
3. Damage to the crown or glass. Scratches on the glass, bracelet or watch case.
4. Damage to leather straps, plastic straps, rubber straps, steel bracelets and coating on them, and damage to the watch.
5. Damage from moisture/water to non-waterproof watches (waterproof = 10 ATM). This also applies to bracelets.
It is appropriate that the consumer inspects its delivery to verify that this is correct and free from defects. If a product from Klockia is damaged during transport, whether the damage is visible or hidden, it should be reported immediately to the Post, but as latest within 14 days. The damage must also be reported to Klockia as soon as possible for information about compensation and how the problem is best solved.
Do you have a watch that is in need of service or repair, please contact us for information on e.g. prices. We have our own service center and can perform service and repairs on most watches. It need not be bought with us.
Have the watch / product you purchased gone broke and you wish to make a complaint, please start with contacting us to see if there is anything we can help you with, without having to send the watch /product in to us. If the product have to be sent to us, fill in our Repair Form which can be found further down the page, please provide your receipt as well if you still have it.
Repackage the product to prevent damage during transport, the defective product should be handled as if it were flawless.
If we believe that the defect is likely to be a manufacturing error and covered by the warranty when you contact us, you will get a prepaid shipping label from us to send the product to us.
In doubtful cases, you as a customer will have to pay for the shipping. If it shows when we have inspected the product that the error is covered by warranty, we will refund the shipping costs.
If the product is sent from abroad, the customer will have to pay for the shipping to us and any additional fees.
All final assessments about the warranty is made only when we (Klockia) have examined the product physically, we can not guarantee that the error falls under warranty before that. If we consider that the defect is not covered by warranty, you will be notified of this via e-mail along with a cost estimation for repairing the product.
NOTE! In the case where an error can not be detected Klockia has the right to charge a handling fee of 200 SEK + VAT + shipping to and from us. Have you as a customer paid for the shipping to us, we will only charge you for shipping it back to you.
The same applies even when an error of the product turns out not to be covered by warranty. But if our cost
estimation for repair is approved, you can ignore these costs, it is then the price in the cost estimation that applies.
